本申请公开了车辆不礼让行人行为的监测方法、设备及存储介质,其中,车辆不礼让行人行为的监测方法包括:获取两条斑马线的监控数据,两条斑马线为一右转路口的两条相邻斑马线;分析记录车辆在两条斑马线的礼让情况和抓拍情况;响应于其中一条斑马线出现抓拍到车辆未礼让行人,但未抓拍到车牌的情况,利用另一条斑马线在预设相关时间段内的监控数据,对对应车辆进行车辆属性匹配,以确定对应车辆的车牌信息。通过将两个斑马线的抓拍数据进行匹配并融合,并进行属性参数比对,判断出斑马线处的未礼让的对应车辆,可减少车辆在其中一条斑马线上未礼让行人、且漏拍车牌导致的漏抓,提高不礼让行人抓拍率,进而提高车辆右转礼让行人的意识。

    The invention discloses a method and device for monitoring the behavior that a vehicle does not give way to pedestrians, and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the monitoring data of two zebra crossings which are two adjacent zebra crossings of a right-turn intersection; analyzing and recording the comity condition and the snapshot condition of the vehicle on the two zebra crossings; and in response to the situation that a vehicle is snapshot to do not give way to the pedestrian and the license plate is not snapshot in one zebra crossing, performing vehicle attribute matching on the corresponding vehicle by using the monitoring data of the other zebra crossing in the preset related time period so as to determine the license plate information of the corresponding vehicle. The snapshot data of the two zebra crossings are matched and fused, attribute parameter comparison is carried out, and the corresponding vehicles which do not give way to the pedestrian at the zebra crossings are judged, so that missed capture caused by the fact that the vehicles do not give way to pedestrians on one of the zebra crossings and missed shooting of the license plate can be reduced, the snapshot rate of the vehicles which do not give way to the pedestrians is improved, and then the consciousness that the vehicles turn right to give way to the pedestrians is improved.
