The invention discloses an elevator disc brake disc spring action frequency detection device and method, the detection device comprises a light source emitter, a photosensitive induction device and a signal processor, the light source emitter is installed on a brake piston, photosensitive elements are fixedly arranged on the photosensitive induction device at equal intervals in parallel, and the photosensitive elements are connected with the signal processor. The photosensitive induction device is installed above the center of the bottom of a brake oil cylinder, when the brake works, the conduction sequence number of a photosensitive element on the photosensitive induction device changes, the signal processor detects the action frequency of a brake disc spring according to the change of the conduction sequence number of the photosensitive element, and meanwhile the current brake shoe abrasion condition can be provided in real time; when the safety threshold value is exceeded, an alarm indication is given, and the working safety of the brake can be effectively improved. The invention has the advantages of fewer required elements, low cost, simplicity and convenience in installation, simplicity, reliability, strong adaptability, good use effect and wide practicability.

    本发明公开了一种提升机盘式制动器碟簧动作次数检测装置及检测方法,该检测装置包括光源发射器、光敏感应装置和信号处理器,光源发射器安装于制动器活塞上,光敏感应装置上以等间距并联排列固定有光敏元件,光敏感应装置安装于制动器油缸底部中心上方,当制动器工作时光敏感应装置上的光敏元件的导通序号发生变化,信号处理器根据光敏元件导通序号的变化检测得到制动器碟簧动作次数,同时能够实时提供当前制动闸瓦磨损情况,当超出安全阈值后发出报警指示,能够有效提升制动器工作安全性。本发明所需元件较少、成本低廉、安装简便、简单可靠、适应性强、使用效果好,具有广泛的实用性。
