The invention discloses a signal control method, system and device based on improved pedestrian crossing phase, and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: measuring zebra crossing lengths Li in all directions of an intersection Oi; calculating the minimum pedestrian crossing time Wi of each zebra crossing; the average flow Qi of motor vehicles in all directions of the intersection is investigated; recording each release phase Pi of a common four-phase control scheme of the intersection; recording a crossing pedestrian following release phase PWi, a calculated release time PWTi, a pedestrian special phase WEi and a calculated release time WETi; adjusting a crossing signal phase release sequence; and finally obtaining a credit control scheme and implementing operation. According to the invention, through a signal control mode of innovatively combining the pedestrian following signal phase and the pedestrian crossing special signal phase, the passing efficiency of motor vehicles is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the congestion of the intersection is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进行人过街相位的信号控制方法、系统、设备及介质,方法包括:测量路口Oi各个方向斑马线长度Li;计算各斑马线最小行人过街耗时Wi;调研路口各个方向机动车平均流量Qi;记录路口常用四相位控制方案的各个放行相位Pi;记录路口行人跟随式放行相位PWi及计算放行时间PWTi,行人专用相位WEi及计算放行时间WETi;调整路口信号相位放行顺序;最后得到信控方案并实施运行。本发明通过对行人跟随式信号相位和行人过街专用信号相位进行创新组合的信号控制方式,保障了机动车的通行效率,同时缓解了交叉路口的拥堵。
