    本发明涉及车速控制技术领域,公开了一种基于车路融合感知的车速节能控制方法及装置,包括以下步骤:S1:判断当前车辆是否激活车速节能控制或提醒场景flag,若是,进入车速节能控制模式并实施S2,若否,则为人工驾驶模式;S2:基于车路融合感知信息与场景内的道路坡度、弯度及限速信息的结合,计算出当前车辆的引导车速;S3:判断当前车辆前方路段是否存在障碍车辆或正驶入同车道的障碍车辆,获取判断结果;S4:根据判断结果计算出当前车辆的最优节能车速。通过V2V或V2I技术实现车载感知和路侧感知信息的融合,使车辆获得更为精确、可靠的前方交通信息,实现车辆及时获取前方交通状态并通过控制策略计算出车辆最优节能车速以达到车辆行驶节能的目的。
