The invention discloses a carbon fiber composite pantograph slide plate and a pantograph, and relates to the technical field of rail trains. The carbon fiber composite pantograph slide plate comprises a slide plate assembly, a bracket and two pantograph angles. Wherein the sliding plate assembly comprises a carbon strip and a supporting plate, and the carbon strip is arranged at the top of the supporting plate; the bracket is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate; wherein one bow corner is arranged at the first end of the bracket, the other bow corner is arranged at the second end of the bracket, and the two bow corners and the bracket form an arch-shaped structure used for blocking the contact network. In the using process of the pantograph slide plate, the carbon strip and the supporting plate are broken, the contact net is in contact with the bracket, and when the pantograph transversely moves, namely moves towards the length direction of the bracket, the contact net is in contact with a pantograph angle and cannot make contact or collide with a structure connected with the bottom of the pantograph slide plate, and the condition that the contact net is damaged is effectively prevented.
