The invention discloses an EPS control method and device based on a heat balance equation, a storage medium and equipment. The method comprises the following steps that the temperature and the vehicle speed of a control unit are obtained; according to the basic parameters of the EPS system and the temperature and the vehicle speed of the control unit, the forced convection heat exchange amount and the absorbed heat amount of the control unit-power-assisted motor in unit time are calculated; and according to the forced convection heat exchange amount and the absorbed heat amount of the control unit-power-assisted motor in the unit time, the permissible current value of the power-assisted motor is determined. The thermal environment of the control unit-power-assisted motor and the forced convection phenomenon in the vehicle running process are considered, the heat dissipating capacity of the control unit-power-assisted motor is accurately calculated, and the allowable current value of the power-assisted motor is determined based on the thermal balance equation, so that the output current value of the power-assisted motor is accurately regulated and controlled, overheating protection of the EPS system is achieved, and the service life of the EPS system is prolonged. And meanwhile, the great potential of the power-assisted motor is exerted.

    本发明公开了一种基于热平衡方程的EPS控制方法、装置、存储介质及设备,其中方法包括以下步骤:获取控制单元的温度以及车速;根据EPS系统的基础参数、控制单元的温度和车速,计算单位时间内控制单元‑助力电机的强制对流换热量和吸收的热量;根据单位时间内控制单元‑助力电机的强制对流换热量和吸收的热量,确定助力电机的许可电流值。本发明中考虑控制单元‑助力电机的热环境以及车辆行驶过程中的强制对流现象,精确计算控制单元‑助力电机的散热量,基于热平衡方程,确定助力电机地许用电流值,从而精确地调控助力电机的输出电流值,实现了EPS系统的过热保护,同时发挥了助力电机较大的潜力。
