The invention discloses an energy-saving clean type environment control and fuel tank inerting coupling system based on heat recovery, and belongs to the field of aircraft onboard electromechanical systems. Recycled energy is used for driving the high-supercharge-ratio air centrifugal compressor, external ram air is sucked, compressed, heated and supercharged, and therefore the requirements for refrigeration of an environmental control system, cabin supercharging and the like are met; cabin exhaust is used as a cold source of the regenerative heat exchanger, and high-temperature and high-pressure gas is pre-cooled; the cooling turbine is used for driving the gas compressor, the pressure of the oxygen-enriched gas separated by the oil tank inerting system is increased, and cabin oxygenation is achieved. Heat of the thermal protection system is fully recycled through a coupling method, air does not need to be led from an engine, the aircraft compensation loss is reduced, and the energy utilization rate is increased; waste gas discharged by the cabin is fully recycled, the amount of ram air is reduced, the aircraft resistance is reduced, and the weight of a heat exchanger is reduced; the environmental control system adopts a three-stage self-cleaning filter, so that the deposition of virus suspended matters can be effectively prevented, and the spreading of epidemic diseases is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于热量回收的节能清洁型环控与油箱惰化耦合系统,属于飞机机载机电系统领域。本发明利用回收的能量驱动高增压比空气离心压气机,抽吸外部冲压空气并压缩升温增压,以满足环控系统制冷、座舱增压等需求;利用座舱排气作为再生式热交换器的冷源,预冷高温高压气体;利用冷却涡轮驱动压气机,对油箱惰化系统分离的富氧气体提升压力,实现座舱增氧。本发明采用耦合方法充分回收利用了热防护系统热量,无需从发动机引气,降低飞机代偿损失,提高能量利用率;充分回收利用了座舱排放的废气,减少冲压空气的量,减小飞机阻力,减轻换热器重量;环控系统采用三级自清洁式过滤器,能够有效防止病毒悬浮物沉积,阻止流行病的传播。
