The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and discloses a V2V-based severe weather scene decision control method, a vehicle, a computer and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: scene recognition: judging whether the vehicle is in a severe weather scene, if yes, continuing, and if not, not performing interference; and decision making: the vehicle realizes real-time butt joint with on-board unit (OBU) equipment of a roadside target vehicle through V2V communication, obtains position and motion state information of the target vehicle through cooperative sensing, fuses the position and motion state information with vehicle on-board sensing information of the vehicle, performs longitudinal safety control strategy judgment through an SM model based on fusion information, obtains a judgment result and inputs a decision signal to the vehicle. And the vehicle executes the decision according to the highest priority. According to the severe weather scene decision control method based on V2V, fusion of vehicle-mounted sensing information between the vehicle and the target vehicle is achieved, the position and the motion state of the target vehicle are obtained, and the vehicle can pre-judge the braking measure that the target vehicle is shielded by the severe weather ahead in advance.

    本发明涉及智能驾驶技术领域,公开了一种基于V2V的恶劣天气场景决策控制方法、车辆、计算机及存储介质,包括:场景识别,判断车辆是否处于恶劣天气场景,若是则继续,若否则不进行干涉;决策,车辆通过V2V通讯实现与路侧目标车车载OBU设备实时对接,协同感知获取目标车位置及运动状态信息,并将其与车辆车载感知信息进行融合,基于融合信息通过SM模型进行纵向安全控制策略判断,获取判断结果并将决策信号输入到车辆,车辆根据最高优先级对决策进行执行。本发明通过基于V2V的恶劣天气场景决策控制方法,实现本车与目标车之间的车载感知信息的融合,获取目标车辆位置及运动状态,使本车可以提前预判前方恶劣天气遮挡目标车的制动措施。
