The invention relates to the field of image detection and processing, in particular to an automobile tail lamp detection and braking judgment method using a depth camera, which comprises a deep neural network module for vehicle detection, a deep neural network module for tail lamp detection and a tail lamp state judgment module based on HSV image transformation. According to the method, the vehicle area and the tail lamp area are identified in a data driving mode, and the actual detection rate can be effectively improved through a large amount of sample training; according to the method, the ROI of the vehicle is detected firstly, then the taillight area is detected in the ROI of the vehicle, and interference of objects such as traffic lights and the like caused by taillights can be effectively avoided in a two-stage detection mode; and left and right taillight IoU values are calculated by using the symmetry of the taillights, and a constraint module is applied after the network is detected, so that the confidence coefficient of taillight detection is further improved.

    本发明涉及涉及图像检测与处理领域,具体涉及一种利用深度相机的汽车尾灯检测与制动判别方法,包括用于车辆检测的深度神经网络模块、用于尾灯检测的深度神经网络模块以及基于HSV图像变换的尾灯状态判别模块,本发明通过数据驱动的方式实现对车辆区域以及尾灯区域的识别,通过大量的样本训练,可以有效提升实际检测率;通过先检测车辆ROI区域,之后在车辆ROI区域内检测尾灯区域,利用二级检测模式,可以有效的规避尾灯类似物体的干扰,如交通信号灯等;并且通过利用尾灯的对称性计算左右尾灯IoU值在检测网络后施加约束模块,进一步提高尾灯检测的置信度。
