Modern logistics has become the new focus in the development of social economy and the investment of transportation. The rise of Wisdom Logistics has brought new vitality to the development of the logistics industry. According to the needs of the development of railway transportation, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between the Wisdom Logistics and railway transportation. Then, it puts forward the applications of the Wisdom Logistics technology in railway transportation. Wisdom Logistics has the technical functions of intelligence, perception, security and optimization, which can conserve resources, reduce the cost of logistics, improve the efficiency of transportation and enhance the competitiveness, and provide certain technical conditions and operating means for the development of rail transportation.
