Data on new structures to keep port up to date; for total cost of $35,000,000, port will get three new piers to replace obsolete ones, new terminal wharf, and new concrete apron for shoreside loading; ship-loading conveyor system was increased to 30,000 bushels per hr and provision was made to load grain at five points on ship simultaneously.
