Centralized traffic control installed on 8 mi of double track and 26 mi of single track main line between Poplar Bluff, Mo, and Knobel, Ark; section is bottle neck for trains to and from two routes at each end; 37 signals for directing train movements and 16 power switch machines controlled by General Railway Signal Co's Type-F, Class-M, coded system, using three line wires.
