Method employed in trials on rigid airship; results indicate that turning radius compares favorably with that for other large airships, that radius is independent of speed, that position of point of zero yaw is nearly independent of rudder angle and air speed, and that theoretical relation between radius and angle of yaw in turn is close approximation to actuality.
