New type of crane adopted by Lehigh Valley R. R.; crane has four equalizing trucks, with four motors for hoisting, rotating, traveling, and luffing boom; it has hoisting capacity of 20 tons at 75 ft. minute and 10 tons at 150 ft. minute; it travels entire length of bulkhead at rate of 300 ft. a minute, handling freight direct from car to lighter or to storage space.
