Abstract In this paper we will describe an experimental equipment, for in-situ measurements of electrotransport in liquid metals. Electrotransport in liquid metals are always to some extent disturbed by convection on ground but the origin of this convection is not definitely known. We also describe a procedure that can be used to find out if the convection is gravity driven or not.
