The invention relates to a vehicle collision avoidance control system. The vehicle collision avoidance control system is arranged on the vehicle. The vehicle collision avoidance control system is characterized by comprising a control system which is connected with a distance measuring system and a velocity measuring system by use of a transmission system; the control system is further connected with an alarm system and an instruction system; the alarm system comprises an alarm system in the vehicle and an alarm system outside the vehicle; the alarm system in the vehicle and the alarm system outside the vehicle are connected with the control system, respectively; the control system is further connected with an emergency braking system or an emergency accelerating system by use of a time delay module.
