The invention relates to a non-contact united retarding brake system of a new energy commercial vehicle. The non-contact united retarding brake system comprises a regenerative brake unit, an eddy brake unit, a united brake system controller and a brake control handle, wherein the regenerative brake unit and the eddy brake unit are arranged on a transmission shaft for wheels, and the regenerative brake unit, the eddy brake unit and the brake control handle are respectively connected with the united brake system controller. The non-contact united retarding brake system can provide enough brake torque, can effectively protect a power battery and can serve as an auxiliary brake system for the new energy commercial vehicle, and brake heat fading of the vehicle under the working conditions of long-time downhill and frequent brake is avoided.
