The invention relates to an LED constant-current drive circuit with a voltage-drop constant-current drive unit and an LED automobile illumination device with the LED constant-current drive circuit. A DC power supply of the LED constant-current drive circuit provides two types of power, namely, the high-beam end power and the low-beam end power. Reversed polarity protection is conducted on the LED constant-current drive circuit through a reversed polarity protection unit. Voltage-drop constant-current processing is conducted on the high-beam end power or the low-beam end power passing through the reversed polarity protection unit through the voltage-drop constant-current drive unit. The high-beam end power or the low-beam end power where voltage-drop constant-current processing is conducted is provided for an LED illumination unit so as to drive the LED illumination unit. A high-beam and low-beam unit receives the high-beam end power or the low-beam end power provided by the DC power supply and controls the LED illumination unit to switch between the high-beam end and the low-beam end. By means of the LED constant-current drive circuit and the LED automobile illumination device, the high-beam and low-beam adjustment of an LED illumination module can be achieved, and the LED constant-current drive circuit and the LED automobile illumination device have the advantages of being simple in structure and stable in performance.
