The invention discloses a truss structure of a long-span and large-deflection cantilever test bench, which comprises a base truss, a cantilever truss and a rod end spherical coupler, wherein the base truss is fixed on the ground via foundation bolts; the cantilever truss consists of three main beams and sixty-four trapezoid frames; and the main beams and the trapezoid frames are in mixed connection via reamed bolts and common bolts. A fixed end of the cantilever truss and the base truss are in mixed connection by cover plates and bottom plates via reamed bolts and common bolts, and a free end of the cantilever truss is connected with a hydraulic driving device via the rod end spherical coupler. According to the truss structure, the members are in reasonable connection, so that the whole truss structure can bear a large-deflection dynamic load. The structure has good flexibility, can realize large-deflection deformation of a long-span structure, is fit with a given curve, has good performance and can simulate small-amplitude vibration superposed at a wingtip of a wing.
