The invention relates to a preparation method of a double-speed integrated electric hoist brake disc and a friction material layer, aiming at the fact that the provided friction brake disc has the characteristics of large friction brake torque and stable brake torque and the provided method has the characteristic of a simple process. According to the technical scheme, the double-speed integrated electric hoist brake disc comprises a brake disc framework and a friction material layer, wherein the friction material layer is fixedly arranged on the tapered brake surface of the brake disc framework, and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: nitrile rubber, fluororubber, a rubber accelerator NA, an anti-aging agent and the like. The preparation method of the double-speed integrated electric hoist brake disc comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials for later use according to formula; (2) feeding a ceramic wave-transparent fiber which is subjected to surface treatment into a blender mixer, stirring and taking out for later use; (3) smelting the plasticated nitrile rubber, taking out a mixture, and feeding the mixture to a base stock bin; (4) carrying out injection molding; and (5) spraying a protective layer on the surface.
