The invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom rescue robot with a terrain self-adaption function. The rescue robot comprises a robot body and a driving device arranged at the lower part and used for driving the robot body to move; the driving device comprises driving wheels arranged below the robot body and a climbing wheel arranged at one side of the robot body; the climbing wheel is in linkage connection with the driving wheels and is connected by a swing arm. According to the multi-degree-of-freedom rescue robot with the terrain self-adaption function, by arranging the driving wheels, the robot can fast and effectively move, and by arranging the climbing wheel, the terrain adaption capability of the robot is effectively enhanced.
