The invention provides a building elevator timed inquiry and voice broadcast device which comprises an elevator controller (1), an elevator calling input unit (2), an elevator kinematic unit (3), an elevator floor induction unit (4), an elevator GPRS positioning unit (5), an elevator wireless communication unit (6), an elevator inquiry APP (7), a mobile terminal voice synthesis module (8) and a mobile terminal built-in timer (9). The building elevator timed inquiry and voice broadcast device can inquire the elevator position and the elevator running direction in advance, and a user can arrange the time according to the inquired elevator information, so that the time of the user for waiting for the elevator is saved; the information pushed by the elevator controller can be broadcast through voice, so that the user does not need to see a mobile phone all the time; the inquiry interval can be set to automatically inquire the elevator running information at an interval; therefore, the user can timely master the elevator running information and arrange time more conveniently and efficiently.
