The invention discloses a heat-dissipation device for an oil tank, and relates to the field of vehicle application safety. The device is ingenious in structure, is low in service life, and also can effectively prevent the oil tank from being damaged by an external force during high-efficiency heat dissipation. The device comprises a plurality of heat-dissipation blocks which are uniformly distributed on the external surface of the oil tank. The heat-dissipation blocks comprise heat-dissipation sheets made of aluminium alloy, and a plurality of connecting sheets. The heat-dissipation sheets are connected to the external surface of the oil tank through the plurality of connecting sheets, and are parallel to the external surface of the oil tank. The plurality of connecting sheets comprise the first connecting sheets fixedly connected to the oil tank, and the second connecting sheets fixedly connected to the heat-dissipation sheets. The second connecting sheets are provided with through holes matched with the first connecting sheets, thereby enabling a side, far from the oil tank, of each first connecting sheet to pass through the corresponding through hole. Elastic buffering blocks are placed between the first connecting sheets and the heat-dissipation sheets. The device improves the safety and reliability of application.
