The invention provides a driven wheel adjusting structure of a shuttle bus. The driven wheel adjusting structure comprises a frame and a driven wheel groove. The driven wheel adjusting structure is characterized in that four vertical first grooves, two ends of which are semicircular in shape, are formed in the front side of a frame; two first vertical blocks, in which first threaded blind holes are formed, are welded on the inner side of the front side of the frame; a first square block, in which four first threaded through holes are formed, is inserted between the two first vertical blocks; third screws, the diameter of which is less than the width of the vertical first grooves by 1mm, are arranged in the first threaded through holes; the third screws are fastened to the vertical first grooves through the first threaded through holes, gaskets and spring washers; a first shaft hole is formed in the center of the first square block; a first keyway is formed in the first shaft hole; a first press block is installed on the first square block; two first through holes and second threaded through holes are formed in the first press block. The driven wheel adjusting structure of the shuttle bus has the beneficial effects that the labor intensity is lowered and the labor efficiency is improved.
