Disclosed is a hoister lifting method of an elevator for a super high-rise building. An elevator hoister as a heavy goods can be hoisted to the top of a building, which is located at a super high position, by utilizing a universal lift winch. A lift winch (13) is disposed at the uppermost elevator hall (4), a deceleration rope (19) pulled out and winded by the lift winch (13) is winded between a fixed pulley (16) and a movable pulley (17) to form a deceleration winded rope, overhanging ropes (20, 21) capable of being segmented are used to connect the movable pulley (17) and an elevator hoister (23) and drives the lift winch (13) so that the elevator hoister (23) is hoisted to middle layers (2, 3), the elevator hoister (23) is temporarily placed on support mechanism parts (24) and (12) of the middle layers (2) and (3), the overhanging rope (20) at the lowermost part is removed and the overhanging rope (21) at the upper part is connected with the elevator hoister (23) when the elevator hoister (23) is at a temporarily placed state, the lift winch (13) is driven again, and then the elevator hoister (23) is hoisted to a mechanical room (9).
