    本发明公开了一种用于提升机吊具的试吊定位装置及方法,试吊定位装置包括对称设置于提升机吊具两侧的两个定位组件,两个定位组件沿提升机吊具纵向呈对称分布,其中,定位组件包括抵靠于横梁铰轴一侧的导向柱、连接于导向柱外侧的立柱、垂直设置于立柱下方的底座,立柱两侧设置有附属钢支架,附属钢支架一端连接于立柱中部,另一端固定于底座顶端,附属钢支架与立柱之间设置有预设角度;本发明在试吊时只需设置起吊吊具中的一个起吊点即可完成试吊,降低了操作难度,提高了工作效率,试吊定位装置实现了吊具试吊时水平方向的约束,不仅提高了装配试吊质量的稳定性,同时也提高了试吊效率,通过设置的扶手机构提高了作业人员施工的安全性。
