Provided is a block-type center bearing support having a block-shaped rubber-like elastic body, the center bearing support having high ability to follow the axial behavior of a propeller shaft and also having improved durability against the input of large displacement. Cavities, which are spaces axially penetrating through the rubber-like elastic body, are provided around a shaft hole. The cavities are formed by combining inner peripheral cavities and outer peripheral cavities, the inner peripheral cavities being provided relatively close to the shaft hole, the outer peripheral cavities being provided relatively far from the shaft hole. The inner peripheral cavities and the outer peripheral cavities are arranged alternately on a circle and overlap in a part of the circle, and as a result, connection sections formed from portions of the rubber-like elastic body are formed between the inner peripheral cavities and the outer peripheral cavities. The connection sections are extended so as to slope in both the circumferential direction and the direction substantially perpendicular to the axis.
