The invention provides a control method for an electric vehicle charging user to access a power distribution network. The control method comprises the steps of receiving the charging demand of the electric vehicle charging user; on the basis of the charging requirements of the electric vehicle charging users, the time-of-use electricity price and the electrical load states of the residents in thecourt, arranging charging plans of the electric vehicle charging users of all charging types, wherein the charging requirements of the electric vehicle charging user comprise the charging type, the state of charge of an electric vehicle battery and the vehicle using time, the charging types comprise a time sensitive type, a service life sensitive type, a price sensitive type and a non-tendency type. According to the embodiment of the invention, the method meets the personalized charging demands of different types of electric vehicle charging users, provides convenience and economical efficiency for the charging of the users, also stabilizes the power load fluctuation condition of the power distribution network of the transformer area, and is good in operability and practicality.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电用户接入配电网的控制方法,包括接收电动汽车充电用户的充电需求;基于电动汽车充电用户的充电需求、分时电价以及台区居民的用电负荷状态,编排各充电类型电动汽车充电用户的充电计划;其中,电动汽车充电用户的充电需求包括:充电类型、电动汽车电池荷电状态和用车时间;充电类型包括:时间敏感型、寿命敏感型、价格敏感型和无倾向型。本发明的实施既满足了不同类型电动汽车充电用户的个性化充电需求,为用户充电提供便利性和经济性,又平抑了台区配电网的用电负荷波动情况,具备良好的可操作性和实用性。
