The invention discloses a walking trolley for mounting a steering oar. The walking trolley comprises a main platform, a plurality of roller mechanisms, a plurality of jacking drivers and a plurality of stay wire type displacement sensors. The multiple roller mechanisms are located below the corners of the main platform correspondingly and drive the main platform to move. A moving part and a fixedpart of the jacking driver are respectively fixed on the main platform and one roller mechanism; and the jacking driver drives the main platform to move up and down. The stay wire type displacement sensors are in one-to-one correspondence with the jacking drivers; and each stay wire type displacement sensor is electrically connected to the corresponding jacking driver, the stay wire type displacement sensors are located on the outer sides of the corresponding jacking drivers, the fixed ends of the stay wire type displacement sensors are fixed relative to the fixed parts of the jacking drivers,and the stay wire ends of the stay wire type displacement sensors are fixed relative to the movable parts of the jacking drivers. Synchronous movement of the multiple jacking drivers can be achievedthrough the pull wire type displacement sensors. The stay wire type displacement sensor is located on the outer side of the jacking driver and is convenient to install and maintain.
