The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly discloses a movable arm tower crane climbing beam monitoring and adjusting system which comprises two first supporting bases arranged on a wall, a main beam, a monitoring unit and an adjusting unit. Second supporting bases are arranged at the two ends of the main beam in a sliding mode. The monitoring unit comprises a power source, a PLC, a first laser displacement sensor, a second laser displacement sensor, a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor which are electrically connected. The adjustingunit comprises two first jacks, two second jacks, four third jacks and two fourth jacks which are all electrically connected with the PLC, the two first jacks are connected with the two second supporting bases, and the two fourth jacks are arranged on the rear sides, away from the main beam, of the two second supporting bases. The movable arm tower crane climbing beam monitoring and adjusting system aims to solve the problems of monitoring the internal force of a supporting seat and synchronously adjusting the position of the supporting seat.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体公开了动臂塔机爬升梁监测与调节系统,包括设置在墙体上的两个第一支撑座、主梁、监测单元和调节单元,主梁的两端滑动设有第二支撑座;所述监测单元包括电连接的电源、PLC控制器、第一位激光位移感应器、第二位激光位移感应器、第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器;所述调节单元包括均与PLC控制器电连接的两个第一千斤顶、两个第二千斤顶、四个第三千斤顶和两个第四千斤顶,两个所述第一千斤顶与两个第二支撑座连接,两个第四千斤顶分别设置在两个第二支撑座远离主梁的后侧上。本发明意在解决监测支撑座内力及同步调节支撑座位置的问题。
