The invention discloses an intelligent control hoisting device for a frequency converter, and belongs to the field of frequency converters. The intelligent control hoisting device for the frequency converter comprises a base, a supporting column, a rotating shaft, a limiting plate and a hoisting device body. The supporting column is fixedly installed on the base, a counter bore is formed in the upper end of the supporting column, the hoisting device body is arranged above the supporting column, a hoisting tool is arranged at one end of the hoisting device body, one end of the rotating shaft isfixedly connected with the lower end of the hoisting device body, and the other end of the rotating shaft is arranged in the counter bore. The rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a worm wheel, a worm is arranged in the counter bore and rotationally connected with the supporting column, and at least one end of the worm penetrates the peripheral face of the supporting column. The worm is engagedwith the worm wheel. Compared with the prior art, the hoisting device for the frequency converter can be manually rotated and adjusted, and shaking in the hoisting process is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于变频器的智能控制吊装装置,属于变频器领域。一种用于变频器的智能控制吊装装置,包括:底座、支撑柱、转轴、限位板与起吊装置;所述支撑柱固定安装在所述底座上,所述支撑柱上端开设有沉孔,所述起吊装置设置于所述支撑柱上方,所述起吊装置一端设有吊具,所述转轴一端与所述起吊装置下端固定连接,另一端设置于所述沉孔内;所述转轴上固定套装有蜗轮,所述沉孔内设有蜗杆,所述蜗杆与所述支撑柱转动连接,并且所述蜗杆至少有一端贯穿所述支撑柱外周面;所述蜗杆与所述蜗轮相啮合。与现有技术相比,本申请的变频器吊装装置能够进行手动旋转调节,并且减少吊装过程中的晃动。
