The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, in particular to a low-heat generation engineering radial tire body rubber composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition isformed by mixing of the following components by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 50-60 parts of carbon black, 4-11 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 0.5-2 parts of ananti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of KORESIN tackifying resin, 0.5-1.5 parts of nickel decanoate, 0.1-0.4 part of pentachlorothiophenol, 0.2-1.5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator and 5-8 parts of insoluble sulfur. Nickel decanoate is adopted to improve the bonding performance of an aged tire body rubber material, meanwhile, the elasticity of the rubber material is improved, heat generation of therubber material is reduced, the tire body delamination problem is reduced, and the service life of the tire in a mine is prolonged.
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种低生热工程子午胎胎体橡胶组合物及其制备方法。包含以下的组分按重量份数混炼构成:天然橡胶100份,炭黑50‑60份,氧化锌4‑11份,防老剂4020 0.5‑2份,防老剂RD 0.5‑2份,KORESIN增粘树脂1‑3份,葵酸镍0.5‑1.5份,五氯硫酚0.1‑0.4份,硫化促进剂0.2‑1.5份,不溶性硫磺5‑8份。本发明采用葵酸镍来提高老化后胎体胶料的粘合性能,同时提高胶料弹性,降低胶料生热,减少胎体脱层问题,提高轮胎在矿山的使用寿命。
