The unmanned aerial vehicle achieves falling explosion prevention is realized from twoaspects involving a mechanical structure and a control system. For the mechanical structure, an armor structure is fixedly wrapped outside an oil tank body, and after the unmanned aerial vehicle falls, even if the unmanned aerial vehicle collides with a sharp object, under the protection of the armor, the oil tank body can be prevented from being damaged, oil leakage of the oil tank is avoided, and then the probability of explosion is reduced; for the control system, a controller is adopted to judge the flight state based on information detected by a speed sensor and an acceleration sensor; ina falling state, the controller will cut off an oil circuit and an electric circuit, so that explosion rate is reduced further, and explosion prevention is realized. The anti-explosion method is designed on the basis of the falling explosion-proof unmanned aerial vehicle, and the falling explosion-proof unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in design,good in anti-explosion performance, high in safety and the like.

    本发明公开了一种坠落防爆型无人机及其防爆方法,该无人机分别从机械结构和控制系统两方面实现无人机的坠落防爆。就机械结构而言,在油箱本体的外部固定包裹铠甲结构,当无人机坠落后,即使撞击到尖锐物体,但在铠甲的保护下,能够防止对油箱本体造成损伤,避免油箱漏油,进而降低发生爆炸的几率;就控制系统而言,控制器依据速度传感器和加速度传感器检测的信息,判断飞机飞行状态,当为坠落状态时,控制器将油路和电路切断,进一步降低爆炸的几率,实现其防爆的目的,所述防爆方法是基于该无人机设计的,该坠落防爆型无人机具有结构简单、设计合理、防爆性能好、安全性高等优点。
