The invention discloses a series hybrid power system fault diagnosis system and method based on model prediction. The system comprises an MCU (micro control unit), a prediction model, a sensor module,and a fault diagnosis module. An actual working object of the fault diagnosis module for fault diagnosis is a series hybrid power system, the sensor module is installed on the actual working object,and the prediction model and the fault diagnosis module both operate on the MCU. According to a series hybrid power system fault diagnosis algorithm, prediction data of the prediction model are compared with data output by the sensor module, the position and the fault type of a fault element can be accurately positioned, the calculated amount of the diagnosis process is small, the response speed is high, and early warning can be given in one period when a fault occurs. And based on the prediction model, all parameters of the system can be accurately calculated, so that faults can be accuratelyand quantitatively analyzed, the severity of the faults can be judged in a data form, and the residual power output capability of the system can be accurately calculated.
本发明公开了一种基于模型预测的串联式混合动力系统故障诊断系统和诊断方法,其中,诊断系统包括MCU(微控制单元)、预测模型、传感器模块和故障诊断模块。故障诊断模块进行故障诊断的实际工作对象为串联式混合动力系统,传感器模块安装在实际工作对象上,且,预测模型和故障诊断模块均运行在MCU上。通过预测模型预测数据与传感器数输出的据进行比对的串联式混合动力系统故障诊断算法,可准确定位故障元件的位置和故障类型,诊断过程计算量小、响应速度快,可在故障出现一个周期内给出预警。并基于预测模型,系统所有参数都是可以准确计算的,因而可对故障进行准确、定量的分析,以数据的形式判定故障严重程度,准确计算系统剩余功率输出能力。
