An adaptive intelligent early-warning and real-time speed limiting system for the disaster weathers of expressways comprises a 5G highway monitoring command center, a 5G network, a drive test unit anda vehicle-mounted receiving terminal. The severe weather information influencing the traffic can be acquired in real time according to the change of weathers and through various weather modules arranged at the road sections of an expressway, and the early warning and speed limiting information of a current road section suitable for vehicle driving is generated immediately, so that the automatic speed limiting driving is realized, and the risk of traffic accidents caused by the overspeed driving of the vehicle in the hazy weather, rainy and snowy weather and windy weather is avoided. When theweather improves, a vehicle can recover to drive at the speed of 120km/h automatically, and further the traffic capacity and the operation efficiency of the expressway are improved; and if an emergency occurs, the 5G highway monitoring command center sends a speed limiting instruction through the drive test unit, so that the traffic control is performed on the vehicles running at each road section.

    一种高速公路灾害天气自适应智能预警实时限速系统,包括5G高速公路监控指挥中心、5G网络、路测单元、车载接收终端;通过设置在高速公路各路段上的多种气象模块能够根据天气的变化实时采集影响交通的恶劣气象信息,并即时生成适合车辆行驶的当前路段的预警和限速信息从而实现自动限速行驶,由此避免了车辆在雾霾天气、雨雪天气及大风天气因超速行驶引发交通事故的风险;当天气好转时可自动恢复高速120km/h行驶,进而提高了公路的通行能力和运营效率;若遭遇突发事件时5G高速公路监控指挥中心通过路测单元发送限速指令,由此对各路段行驶的车辆执行交通管制。
