The utility model discloses a full-side-bearing novel three-axle bogie for a large-axle-load railway wagon and relates to the technical field of railway transportation equipment. The bogie comprises awheel set, a rolling bearing device, a framework, an axle box suspension device, a foundation brake device and lower side bearings; the framework comprises a framework steel structure; the frameworksteel structure is formed by assembling two symmetrically-arranged side beams and a cross beam. The full-side bearing novel three-axle bogie is characterized in that an elastic hinge is arranged in the center of the cross beam; 4-6 lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams by taking the elastic hinge as the center. According to the full-side bearing novel three-axle bogie, the elastic hinge is installed in the center of the cross beam; the lower side bearings are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams with the elastic hinge as the center; and therefore, the full-side-bearing bogie is formed. Under the same load working condition, the requirement of the bogie for the structural strength of the cross beam is greatly reduced, and design difficulty is lowered. The contradiction between the increase of the diameter of the wheels, the increase of the vertical section height of the framework and the height requirement of a vehicle floor surface under the condition of large axle load is effectively solved.

    一种全旁承承载的新型大轴重铁路货车三轴转向架,涉及铁路运输装备技术领域。它包括轮对、滚动轴承装置、构架、轴箱悬挂装置、基础制动装置和下旁承,构架包括构架钢结构,构架钢结构包括两根对称布置的侧梁和一根横梁组装而成。其关键技术在于横梁中央安装弹性铰,在两根侧梁上以弹性铰为中心呈圆周分布4~6个下旁承。本发明具有的有益效果是:在横梁中央安装弹性铰,在两根侧梁上以弹性铰为中心呈圆周分布下旁承,构成全旁承承载转向架。在相同载荷工况下,转向架对横梁结构强度要求大幅降低,降低了设计难度。有效解决了大轴重条件下车轮直径增大,构架垂向截面高度增加与车辆地板面高度要求之间的矛盾。
