The method comprises the following steps: the eccentric wheel shaft, connected onto a guide wheel mounting plate in a penetrating manner, of the guide wheel is designed into a two-section connecting manner, a hexagonal counterbore (11) is formed in the connecting surface of an eccentric shaft idler wheel section (8), a bolt tail screw joint counterbore (12) is formed in the bottom surface center of the hexagonal counterbore (11), a hexagonal joining block (15) is fixedly arranged on the connecting surface of an eccentric shaft cross-under section (14), the eccentric shaft idler wheel section (8) assembled with a guide wheel outer ring (6) is connected with the hexagonal joining block (15) on the eccentric shaft cross-under section (14) ina sleeving manner through the hexagonal counterbore (11), and the tail part of a locking bolt (19) is in screw joint with the bolt tail screw joint counterbore (12). The method solves the problems that the onsite debugging time is long and the debugging difficulty is high.
