The invention discloses an intelligent traffic light control method, system and device. The method comprises the steps of using a multi-level fuzzy algorithm; calculating a waiting phase total urgencydegree based on the waiting phase traffic flow density and the residence time; calculating delay duration based on the current phase traffic flow density and the waiting phase total urgency degree; and making a final decision according to a preset decision. According to the invention, the phase green signal ratio can be adjusted in real time to meet the traffic demands of different traffic flowsin peak and valley sections; the average delay time of vehicles is reduced; the road traffic capacity of the existing traffic facilities is improved; and the timing scheme can be automatically adjusted according to the changed traffic flow, so that the control effect can be optimal no matter how the environment changes.

    本发明公开了一种智慧交通灯控制方法、系统及装置,采用多级模糊算法,基于等待相位车流密度和滞留时间计算等待相位总紧迫度,基于当前相位车流密度和等待相位总紧迫度计算延时时长,并根据预设决策作出最终判决,可实时调节相位绿信比以满足高峰期和低谷段交通流量不同的通行需求,减少车辆平均延误时间,提高现有交通设施的道路通行能力,可随着变化的车流量自动调节配时方案,从而保证不论环境如何变化,均可使控制效果达到最优。
