The invention discloses a working method of a self-balancing active vibration reduction system. The driving method comprises the steps that firstly, a pump conveys pressure to a transverse pipe on theright side through an oil inlet pipe, and the driving structure on the right side drives the outer valve plate of the second valve to block the funnel opening; meanwhile, the driving structure on theleft side drives the inner valve plate of the first valve to block the transverse pipe opening, the piston block rotates clockwise, and liquid in the annular cavity enters the first funnel; the piston block drives the connecting rod to rotate to drive the driving rod to rotate; 2, the pump stops working, the piston block returns to the middle position of the annular cavity under the action of gravity, liquid on the right side of the piston block returns to the oil tank through an oil discharging pipe, an outer valve plate of the first valve blocks a transverse pipe opening in the left side, and an inner valve plate blocks a funnel opening of the first funnel; an outer valve plate of the second valve blocks a transverse pipe opening in the right side, and an inner valve plate blocks a funnel opening of the second funnel.
