The invention discloses an urban rail subway vehicle, a redundant braking system and a control method. The system comprises a first electronic brake control unit, a second electronic brake control unit, a first pneumatic control unit and a second pneumatic control unit, the first electronic brake control unit controls the first pneumatic control unit, and the second electronic brake control unit controls the second pneumatic control unit; when the second electronic brake control unit fails, the first electronic brake control unit is used for controlling; the first pneumatic control unit is connected with the second electronic brake control unit so as to be controlled by the second electronic brake control unit when the first electronic brake control unit breaks down. When one electronic brake control unit breaks down, the adjacent electronic brake control unit can automatically take over the brake control function and conduct brake force control on the two pneumatic control units at the same time, brake force losses caused by the faults of the electronic control units cannot be caused, and vehicle operation cannot be affected by the faults.

    本发明公开了一种城轨地铁车辆、冗余制动系统和控制方法,包括第一电子制动控制单元、第二电子制动控制单元、第一气动控制单元和第二气动控制单元,第一电子制动控制单元控制第一气动控制单元,第二电子制动控制单元控制第二气动控制单元;在第二电子制动控制单元故障时,由第一电子制动控制单元控制;第一气动控制单元连接第二电子制动控制单元,以在第一电子制动控制单元故障时,由第二电子制动控制单元控制。当一个电子制动控制单元故障时,相邻的电子制动控制单元可以自动接管制动控制功能,同时对两个气动控制单元进行制动力控制,不会造成因电子控制单元故障而导致制动力损失,车辆运营不会受故障影响。
