The invention relates to an urban rail vehicle braking control method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle triggers emergency braking, calculating a braking force demand, and applying electro-pneumatic composite braking to the vehicle based on the braking force demand; in the applying process, the current speed, the theoretical braking distance and the actual braking distance of the vehicle are periodically calculated; the theoretical braking distance and the actual braking distance are compared in each calculation period; and continuously applying electro-pneumatic composite braking until the vehicle speed is reduced to a preset speed threshold value based on the comparison result, and controlling a braking system to apply pure air braking to the vehicle until the vehicle stops, or immediately stopping applying electric braking based on the comparison result, and controlling the braking system to apply pure air braking to the vehicle until the vehicle stops. Electric braking is introduced into emergency braking, closed-loop management is carried out on the actual braking effect of electric-pneumatic composite braking, on the basis that safe parking of the vehicle is guaranteed, abrasion of a brake disc and a brake clamp is reduced to the maximum extent, and therefore the maintenance and repair cost of the vehicle is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种城轨车辆制动控制方法及系统,包括以下步骤:当车辆触发紧急制动时,计算制动力需求,并基于该制动力需求对车辆施加电空复合制动;施加过程中,周期性计算车辆的当前速度、理论制动距离和实际制动距离;每个计算周期均比较理论与实际制动距离的大小;基于比较结果持续施加电空复合制动至车辆速度降低至预定速度阈值,控制制动系统对车辆施加纯空气制动至停车,或者,基于比较结果立刻停止施加电制动,控制制动系统对车辆施加纯空气制动至停车。本发明将电制动引入紧急制动中,通过对电空复合制动的实际制动效果进行闭环管理,在保证车辆安全停车的基础上,最大限度地减少制动盘和制动夹钳磨耗,从而有效降低车辆的维护维修成本。
