The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method and system, a storage medium and a terminal. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a traffic flow space-time tensor according to traffic data; building a traffic flow prediction model based on a fuzzy convolution long-term and short-term memory network; training a traffic flow prediction model based on the traffic flow space-time tensor and the traffic data, and obtaining the trained traffic flow prediction model; predicting the traffic flow based on the real-time traffic flow space-time tensor, the real-time traffic dataand the trained traffic flow prediction model; according to the method, the uncertainty of traffic data is considered, fuzzy learning is used for processing the uncertainty of the data, and fuzzy rules can be learned in a self-adaptive mode without depending on human experience; when the traffic flow is predicted, the influence of space-time correlation, external factors and data uncertainty of the traffic flow is fully considered, and the deep convolutional LSTM network and the fuzzy neural network are fused, so that the prediction effect of the traffic flow is more accurate and reliable.

    本发明提供一种交通流预测方法、系统、存储介质及终端;所述方法包括以下步骤:根据交通数据构建交通流时空张量;搭建基于模糊卷积长短期记忆网络的交通流预测模型;基于交通流时空张量和交通数据训练交通流预测模型,获取训练好的交通流预测模型;基于实时交通流时空张量、实时交通数据及训练好的交通流预测模型预测交通流;本发明考虑了交通数据的不确定性,并使用模糊学习来处理数据不确定性,其中模糊规则可以自适应地学习不需要依赖人类经验;在进行交通流预测时,充分考虑了交通流的时空相关性、外部因素和数据不确定性的影响,融合了深度卷积LSTM网络和模糊神经网络,使得交通流的预测效果更加准确可靠。
