The invention relates to a fuel cell system. The system comprises a fuel cell stack configured to generate electrical energy, a power distribution unit coupled with the fuel cell stack and adapted toreceive the electrical energy from the fuel cell stack, and a heater module configured to heat the fuel cell stack, wherein the heater module is directly mounted on a power distribution unit. Comparedwith the prior art, the technical scheme of each embodiment of the invention can achieve the following effects that compactness of the system is improved; a length of a cable is reduced; an externalmechanical joint does not pass through a core of the heater module, and an electrical short circuit can be avoided.
