The invention discloses an intelligent winch and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of winches. According to the intelligent winch and the control method thereof, the intelligent winch comprises a hoisting device, an anti-falling device, a linkage device and a guiding device, wherein the middle of the rear surface of a turning plate is movably internally connected with arotating column, the rear end of the rotating column is movably sleeved with a vertical plate I, the front end of the rotating column is movably sleeved with a vertical plate II, the rear surface of the vertical plate II is fixedly connected with a bottom plate, the front surface of the vertical plate I is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, and the left end of the upper surface of the bottomplate is fixedly connected with a vertical plate III; and the right end of the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve, and the upper surface of the sleeve is movably internally connected with a movable column. A motor is turned on to drive an output shaft to rotate, and the rotating plate rotates counterclockwise with rotation of the output shaft. When the winch pulls a heavy object, the winch is prone to failure, the heavy object falls rapidly, the left end of the turning plate is pressed downwards, and when the turning plate turns to the upper end of the vertical plate III and stops, the heavy object is prevented from falling further, so that safety of an operator is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种智能卷扬机及其控制方法,涉及卷扬机技术领域。该智能卷扬机及其控制方法,包括卷扬装置、防坠装置、连动装置和导向装置,翻板后表面中部活动内接有转柱,转柱后端活动套接有立板一,转柱前端活动套接有立板二,立板二后表面固定连接有底板,立板一前表面与底板固定连接,底板上表面左端固定连接有立板三,底板上表面右端固定连接有筒套,筒套上表面活动内接有活动柱,打开电机带动输出轴转动,在输出轴的转动下转板随之逆时针转动,在机器拉动重物质量较大时,容易出现机器故障,导致重物急速下落,此时翻板左端被向下压迫,当翻板转至立板三上端时卡停,阻止了重物继续下落,使得操作人员安全得到保障。
