A roller is rotationally connected into the shell, and a winch shaft is connected into the roller in a penetrating mode. One end of the winch shaft is sleeved with a low-speed clutch static plate, and the other end of the winch shaft is sleeved with a high-speed clutch static plate; the end faces of the two sides of the winch shaft are each provided with two acceleration acquisition modules. Magnetic coding rings are fixed on the winch shaft close to the end faces of the two sides of the roller through bolts; rotation speed collecting modules are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the roller, a low-speed driving motor is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the shell, and a high-speed driving motor is fixed to the outer wall of the other side of the shell through bolts. And a low-speed clutch mechanism and a high-speed clutch mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the roller in the shell. According to the invention, the axial symmetry characteristic of the roller and the data measured by the sensor embedded in the roller are utilized to judge the faults such as abnormal vibration, sliding and instability of the roller.

    本发明涉及油田钻井技术领域,具体涉及一种智能钻机绞车及其监测控制方法,该智能钻机绞车包括壳体;壳体内部转动连接有滚筒,滚筒内部贯穿连接有绞车轴;绞车轴一端套接有低速离合静片,绞车轴另一端套接有高速离合静片;绞车轴两侧端面上均设置有两个加速度采集模块;靠近滚筒两侧端面的绞车轴均螺栓固定有带磁性的编码环;滚筒两侧内壁设置有转速采集模块,壳体一侧外壁固定连接有低速驱动电机,壳体另一侧外壁螺栓固定有高速驱动电机;壳体内部位于滚筒的两侧分别设置有低速离合机构和高速离合机构。本发明,利用滚筒的轴对称特性以及自身嵌入的传感器测得的数据实现滚筒异常振动、滑动和失稳等故障的判断。
