The invention discloses a high-strength torsion-resistant motor connecting cable for a new energy automobile. The cable comprises wire cores, an elastomer inner protective layer, a braided layer, an aluminum foil layer and a sheath layer; the wire core comprises a central conductor and an insulating layer. The central conductor comprises a plurality of annealed bare copper or tinned conductor monofilaments, a copper foil wire is added to the center of each conductor monofilament, and each copper foil wire is formed by wrapping a bulletproof wire with a copper foil; the diameter of the conductor monofilament is 0.20 +/-0.008 mm, and the elongation of the conductor monofilament is 35-40%; the diameter of the copper foil wire is 0.19 +/-0.03 mm, the central material is 200D bulletproof wire,the breaking force is greater than or equal to 1.0 kg, and the elongation is greater than or equal to 6%; the elastomer inner protective layer is made of notch sensitive materials and comprises SEBS,PP, EPDM, white oil, calcium carbonate, antioxidants, flame retardants and lubricants. According to the invention, the copper foil wires are stranded into the central conductor, so the flexibility andtensile strength of the central conductor and the bending resistance and torsional pendulum resistance of the wire can be greatly improved. The elastomer inner sheath layer can improve the cyclic bending performance of the wire, and better satisfies the application of the cable in the connection condition of a wheel motor and an air compressor.
一种新能源汽车用高强度抗扭摆电机连接电缆,包括线芯、弹性体内护层、编织层、铝箔层及护套层;线芯包括中心导体及绝缘层;中心导体包括数根退火裸铜或镀锡导体单丝,每股导体单丝的中心加入一根铜箔丝,铜箔丝由铜箔包裹防弹丝组成;导体单丝的直径为0.20±0.008mm,伸长率为35~40%;铜箔丝的直径为0.19±0.03mm,中心材料为200D防弹丝,拉断力大于等于1.0kg,伸长率大于等于6%;弹性体内护层选用切口敏感型材料,其原料包括:SEBS、PP、EPDM、白油、碳酸钙、抗氧剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂。本发明中心导体通过铜箔丝的绞入,可大幅提升中心导体的柔软度、抗张强度、导线的耐弯折及抗扭摆性能。弹性体内护层可提高导线的循环弯曲性能,更好满足电缆在车轮电机及空压机连接工况的应用。
