The invention discloses an anti-torsion swing arm of an electric transmission unit. The anti-torsion swing arm comprises a connecting bracket and a bushing, the bushing is pressed on the connecting bracket in an interference manner; the connecting support is used for being connected with a transmission unit, and the lining is used for being connected with a vehicle body. Wherein the bushing is formed by adopting a reducing process and comprises an outer framework, an inner framework and a rubber main spring; the inner framework is installed in the outer framework, and the outer framework and the inner framework are vulcanized into an integrated structure through the rubber main spring. Auxiliary supporting and damping effects can be provided for the transmission unit, the movement range of a transmission unit system can be effectively controlled within a target range, abrasion of an output center gear on the electric transmission side is reduced, and product reliability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电传动单元抗扭摆臂,包括:连接支架和衬套;所述衬套过盈压装在连接支架上;且连接支架用于与传动单元连接,所述衬套用于与车体连接;其中,所述衬套采用缩径工艺成型,包括:外骨架、内骨架和橡胶主簧;内骨架安装在外骨架内,外骨架和内骨架通过橡胶主簧硫化为一体结构。本发明能够给传动单元提供辅助支撑和减振作用,且能有效的将传动单元系统运动范围控制在目标范围内,减小电传动侧输出中心齿轮磨损,提高产品可靠性。
