The invention discloses a lifting device of a steel structure. The lifting device comprises a metal fixation block and a hanging ring, wherein the hanging ring is connected to a steel wire rope; the steel wire rope is connected to a chain; the metal fixation block is provided with a first rectangular through hole in the horizontal direction; the chain passes through the first rectangular through hole to realize slide connection with the metal fixation block; a rectangular groove disposed horizontally is formed in the top face of the metal fixation block; the rectangular groove is perpendicularto the first rectangular through hole; a second rectangular through hole in the vertical direction is formed in the bottom of the rectangular groove; a positioning pin is inserted in the second rectangular through hole; a metal plate is welded to the top face of the positioning pin; a first rubber block is fixedly connected to the top face of the metal plate; a trapezoid rubber block is fixedly connected to the top face of the metal fixation block the bottom face of the trapezoid rubber block is fixedly connected to one end of a first metal spring; and the other end of the first metal springis fixedly connected to the bottom face of the rectangular groove. The device disclosed by the invention can improve defects in the prior art and can effectively enhance stability of a steel structurebody in lifting.
本发明公开了一种钢结构升降装置,包括金属固定块,吊环,吊环与钢丝绳连接,钢丝绳与链条连接,所述金属固定块开有水平方向的第一矩形通孔,链条穿过第一矩形通孔与金属固定块滑动连接,金属固定块的顶面开有水平设置的矩形凹槽,矩形凹槽垂直于第一矩形通孔,矩形凹槽的底面开有竖直方向的第二矩形通孔,第二矩形通孔内插接有定位销,定位销的顶面焊接有金属板,金属板的顶面固定连接有第一橡胶块,金属固定块的顶面固定连接有梯形橡胶块,梯形橡胶块的底面与第一金属弹簧的一端固定连接,第一金属弹簧的另一端与矩形凹槽的底面固定连接。本发明能够改进现有技术的不足,有效增强了钢结构本体在升降过程中的稳定性。
