The steel structure lifting device comprises a support and a supporting body fixedly installed on the support, an inclined supporting frame is fixedly installed at the top of the supporting body in an inclined mode, a first fixed pulley is rotatably installed at the bottom end of the right side of the inclined supporting frame through a pulley yoke, and a second fixed pulley is rotatably installed at the top end of the left side of the inclined supporting frame; steel wire lifting ropes are arranged on the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley in a transmission mode, and one end of each steel wire lifting rope is fixed to the bottom side of the left end of the inclined strut through a connecting ring. The steel structure lifting device is convenient for people to lift and use, and when a steel structure product lifted by the lifting hook hovers at a corresponding height, the ratchet wheel assembly can be used for preventing return, and the steel wire lifting rope is locked and positioned through the anti-falling mechanism, so that the anti-rotation pressure of the ratchet wheel assembly is greatly reduced, and the safety of the steel structure product is improved. The abrasion and even scrapping phenomena of the ratchet wheel assembly are reduced, and safety accidents are further avoided.

    本发明公开了一种钢结构起吊装置,包括支座和固定安装在支座上的支撑体,支撑体的顶部固定安装有倾斜设置的斜撑架,斜撑架的右侧底端通过滑轮架转动安装有第一定滑轮,斜撑架的左侧顶端转动安装有第二定滑轮,第一定滑轮与第二定滑轮上均传动设有钢丝吊绳,且钢丝吊绳的一端通过连接环固定在斜撑架左端部的底侧。该钢结构起吊装置,不仅便于人们进行吊装使用,而且当吊钩所吊装的钢结构产品悬停在相应高度时,可通过棘轮组件来进行防回止,还通过防坠落机构来对钢丝吊绳进行锁紧定位,这样大大减小了棘轮组件防回转的压力,减轻了棘轮组件的磨损甚至报废的现象发生,进一步避免了安全事故的发生。
