The invention relates to an emergency braking device for a construction elevator. The emergency braking device effectively solves the problems that an existing emergency braking device for the construction elevator is prone to failing and the braking force is limited. According to the technical scheme, the emergency braking device comprises a guide rail frame and an elevator car, wherein the elevator car can move along the guide rail frame; a vertical rack is fixed on the front side of the guide rail frame; a vertical upright post with a rectangular section is fixed to the position, close to the left, of the front side of the guide rail frame; a rectangular sleeve is fixed on the rear wall of the elevator car; the upright post is sleeved with the rectangular sleeve and is in clearance fitwith the rectangular sleeve; and the elevator car can generate a small deflection during weightlessness, so that the rectangular sleeve is locked on the upright post for braking. According to the emergency braking device for the construction elevator, the self-locking can be achieved when the elevator falls, the larger the dead weight of the elevator car, the higher the locking force, consequently, the elevator car can be effectively braked, the operation is reliable, the falling accident is avoided, and thus the casualty loss of personnel and equipment is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种施工电梯紧急制动装置,有效的解决了施工电梯紧急制动装置容易失灵、制动力有限的问题;解决的技术方案包括导轨架和电梯厢,电梯厢可沿导轨架移动,导轨架的前侧固定有一个竖向的齿条,导轨架的前侧偏左位置固定有一个截面为矩形的竖向的立柱,电梯厢后壁上固定有一个矩形套,矩形套套设在立柱上且与立柱间隙配合,电梯厢失重时可产生一个微小偏转从而使矩形套锁紧在立柱上进行制动;本发明在电梯坠落时能实现自锁,并且电梯厢自重越大,锁紧力越大,能够对电梯厢有效制动,工作可靠,避免坠落事故的发生,大大减小人员设备的伤亡损失。
